Application Form

Fill out the form completely below to apply to become an official Minnesota Master, Expert or Grand Master Angler. Be sure you've read the rules and that you know your catch qualifies. Entries for 2009 fish accepted until May 1, 2010. You must include one image of the fish. This image will be displayed in the Master Angler Listing and be imprinted on your official certificate, which will automatically be generated for you upon application success. Be sure the image is rotated correctly and is of good quality.
